Refund policy

Thank You for purchasing a Granola Bar™ Pan!!!  While I strive to be super transparent and offer all the tips and tricks that I can, I realize that not every single person will be as smitten with the GBP as I am.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product please email me at hello@granolabarpan.com and I will do my best to resolve your concerns.  My goal is to offer opportunities for people to learn and be inspired to make and consume healthier foods and using the Granola Bar™ Pan is an excellent tool for others to have these experiences, but if you’re not happy I want to know.

For a refund after the order has been fulfilled, please know that I can only refund the money you paid for the product(s) and I cannot refund any shipping charges you paid to get the product(s) and/or return the product(s). 

I offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee because I want you to have plenty of time to test out your new product(s). If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email me at hello@granolabarpan.com and we will get the return process started. Once the goods are received by me I will quickly refund the money you paid for the product(s). Refunds will be processed via form of payment that was used when product(s) were originally purchased. You will NOT be charged any processing fees from my end. Also I do not pay for return shipping costs but I'm more than happy to offer you a 20% off coupon on any item in my Shopify store, plus free shipping in the U.S. I really want happy customers so please don't hesitate to contact me!
